About Allison O'Neill
In 2017, Allison launched her eponymous brand advisory practice. Since then she has worked with dozens of clients including Mignonne Gavigan, The Avenue, Faherty, Savor + Sweat and Soft Animal.
Allison currently resides in Houston with her husband, two daughters, and German Shepherd dog. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, teaching HIIT classes, playing tennis, and hosting parties.
Before consulting, Allison spent seven years running Bundle, a Soho store and e-commerce site broadly recognized by press, stylists, and parents as the destination for stylish children’s clothes and gifts. At Bundle, Allison was responsible for all aspects of the business including strategic planning, buying, merchandising, marketing, operations, and talent management.
While running Bundle, Allison served as a retail expert for several media outlets, as seen in Forbes and Business Insider, and The Federal Reserve Bank of NY.
Prior to opening Bundle, Allison spent four years at Lehman Brothers, working directly for the Chief Administrative Office of Lehman’s fastest-growing division, Investment Management. In this role, she focused on the division’s highest priority initiatives and wrote division-wide communications for the CAO and Global Head of the division. While at Lehman, Allison also earned her MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Management, with dual concentration in Entrepreneurship and General Management.
Allison began her career as a Research Assistant at Standard & Poor’s in the Global Insurance Ratings group and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Ratings Analyst with her own accounts within 3 years. She contributed regularly to industry research publications and was frequently quoted in the press, as seen here and here.
