Having run her own children’s apparel company and ecommerce business for seven years, Allison understands the tremendous responsibility shouldered by business owners.     2017

    In 2017, Allison launched eponymous special project execution agency.

    2016-2017

    Prior to launching her agency, Allison spent a year at Faherty, a lifestyle casual clothing brand you may have seen recently in Forbes or The New York Times. While at Faherty, Allison worked directly with the CEO on the company’s highest-priority initiatives across marketing, social media, store events, and product expansion. She joined as a Special Projects Consultant and was promoted to company’s first-ever Vice President 6 months later.

    2008-2015

    Allison spent seven years running Bundle, a Soho store and e-commerce site broadly recognized by press, stylists and parents as the destination for stylish children’s clothes and gifts.

    She was responsible for all aspects of the business including strategic planning, buying, merchandising, marketing, operations and talent management.

    While running Bundle, Allison served as a market expert, as seen in Forbes and Business Insider, and Entrepreneur.com and The Federal Reserve Bank of NY

  • Finance Career

    2004-2008

    Allison spent four years at Lehman Brothers, working directly for the Chief Administrative Office of Lehman’s fastest growing division, Investment Management. In this role, she focused on the division’s highest priority initiatives and wrote division-wide communications for the CAO and Global Head of the division.

    2004-2007

    While at Lehman, Allison received her MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Management, with dual concentration in Entrepreneurship and General Management.

    2001-2004

    Allison began as a Research Assistant at Standard & Poor’s in the Global Insurance Ratings group and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Ratings Analyst with her own accounts within 3 years. She contributed regularly to industry research publications and was frequently quoted in the press, as seen here and here.

    In 2001, Allison moved to New York City to pursue her career in Finance.

  • Growing Up

    1997-2001

    Allison attended Boston University’s School of Management, from which she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Finance. She was a member of the Varsity Rowing team, which made the NCAA National Tournament in both 1999 and 2000.

    1984-1997

    Attended the William Penn Charter School from kindergarten through twelfth grade. She was Vice President of her class, captain of both the varsity basketball and lacrosse team, and starter on the varsity soccer team.

    1980s

    Allison grew up in Philadelphia and still visits frequently.
